Some tips for Delaying Ageing – Dr. Akriti Gupta

Although the ageing process cannot be stopped, it may undoubtedly be postponed. The following is a list of ways to delaying ageing.

Drink plain water to stay hydrated and to keep your skin looking and feeling its best now and in the future. Water aids in digestion, absorption, transport of nutrients, and waste elimination from the body. It helps the body detoxify itself and tightens the skin to prevent wrinkles.

It's time to get some vitamin C

So munch on some ripe oranges, delicious limes, or isoflavone-rich amla. Isoflavone have been shown to enhance bone mineral density and decrease hot flashes in females. Citrus foods work as sun blockers, preserving the freshness and bloom of the skin.

Drink green tea for delaying ageing

Since it contains lots of antioxidants. It can fight breast cancer and jump-start metabolism. According to study, it reduces blood pressure, inhibits the development of wrinkles and dark circles, works as a natural antibiotic that boosts immunity to ward against minor illnesses, and slows the development of dark circles and black spots.

Walking eliminate wrinkles

With ten minutes of walking, eliminate wrinkles. An effective strategy to maintain heart health is to go for a quick power walk each morning. Walking helps the nervous system, which naturally ages more slowly. It boosts immunity by enhancing lymph fluid cleansing and blood circulation. Additionally, it aids in postponing physical ageing symptoms including joint discomfort.

Milk

In the evening, get a glass of milk before retiring to bed. Your system will appreciate it. Calcium and protein are both beneficial to your skeleton and muscles, respectively. You'll be stronger when you awaken.

Get reading glasses instead of squinting!

Any repetitive facial expression, such as squinting, overworks the facial muscles and creates grooves in the skin. These grooves eventually develop into wrinkles. So keep your eyes wide, and if you need to, wear reading glasses. Additionally, learn about eyewear. They can prevent squinting and sun damage to the skin around your eyes.

Soy

Your skin may look better and be protected if you consume enough soy. According to studies, soy may help prevent or even repair certain sun damage when applied topically or consumed as a supplement (not as food). It can improve the structure, firmness, and skin tone of your skin.
